The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, deliveries, and services provided through the Cortex Peptides website. Cortex Peptides specializes in high-quality research peptides, with a focus on GLP-1, GLP-2, GLP-3, TB-500, and GHK-CU.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to contracts with customers acting as businesses, research institutions, laboratories, or qualified professional users. Consumers as defined in Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are expressly excluded. Any deviating terms and conditions of the buyer shall not apply unless they have been expressly confirmed in writing.
2. Type of Products – Research Chemicals
All products offered by Cortex Peptides are intended exclusively for laboratory, analytical, and research purposes (For Research Purposes Only). The products are not approved for human or animal use and have not been tested or approved by authorities such as the EMA, FDA, BfArM, or comparable institutions as drugs, medical devices, dietary supplements, or cosmetics.
This applies in particular to investigational peptides such as semaglutide (GLP-1), tirzepatide (GLP-2), retatrutide (GLP-3), TB-500, and GHK-CU.
3. Prohibited Use
Any use of the products on or in the human body, for self-experimentation, medical, therapeutic, cosmetic, or supplemental purposes is strictly prohibited. By placing an order, the buyer expressly confirms that they have the necessary expertise in handling research chemicals or are acting on behalf of a recognized research institution.
4. Disclaimer
Cortex Peptides assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages, consequential damages, data loss, economic losses, or other disadvantages, resulting from the use, storage, disclosure, or improper handling of the delivered products.
The buyer expressly indemnifies Cortex Peptides against all claims by third parties, arising from any improper, unauthorized, or illegal use of the products.
5. Not Medical or Scientific Advice
All content on this website—including product descriptions, texts, references to studies, or communications with support—is intended solely for informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute medical, therapeutic, or scientific advice.
6. Prohibition on Resale
The resale, transfer, or provision of the products to third parties is prohibited, unless it takes place within the context of approved scientific research under appropriate supervision.
7. Responsibility & Legal Compliance
The buyer is solely responsible for complying with all local, national, and international laws and regulations relating to the purchase, import, possession, and use of research peptides.
8. Age Restriction
Only individuals 18 years of age or older may place orders. Cortex Peptides reserves the right to refuse orders without providing a reason.
9. Conclusion of the Contract & Jurisdiction
The contract is concluded upon Cortex Peptides’ acceptance of the order. The applicable law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is—to the extent permitted by law—the registered office of the operator.
10. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
