At Cortex Peptides, transparency, product safety, and scientific integrity are our top priorities. Due to the unique nature of our products, we have clear, binding, and strictly regulated return and refund policies.
No Right of Withdrawal for Research Peptides
All products offered by Cortex Peptides are intended exclusively for research, analytical, and laboratory purposes (For Research Purposes Only). They are expressly not consumer products, medicines, dietary supplements, or cosmetics.
Due to the nature of the products—in particular research peptides, laboratory chemicals, and research-grade substances— the right to cancel an order and returns after shipment are generally not permitted. This applies in particular for reasons of product safety, sterility, quality control, and traceability.
No returns – no exchanges
Once the goods have been handed over to the shipping provider, returns or exchanges are not permitted. Once a product has left our warehouse, we can no longer guarantee that it has been stored or handled under controlled laboratory conditions. Resale or reuse is therefore not permitted.
Returns will not be accepted. Unsolicited returns are at the risk of the sender and will neither be inspected nor refunded.
Damage during transport – the only exception
A refund or replacement will be provided only in the event of a verifiable shipping damage. This must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Written notification within 48 hours
- Clear photos of the shipping packaging, the product, and the damage
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- A return for inspection may be requested
No Liability for Errors in Use
Cortex Peptides assumes no liability for any damage, loss, or consequences resulting from improper handling, storage, use, or distribution of the products. The responsibility for proper handling rests entirely with the purchaser.
Incorrect Address Information & Delivery Problems
We assume no liability for delays, non-delivery, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information; In such cases, redelivery or a refund is not possible.
Refunds
In the event of confirmed shipping damage, a refund or replacement will be provided only after inspection. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used. Any further claims are excluded.
